Haitao Xu

Haitao Xu received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cleveland State University in August 2025 under the supervision of Dr. Jingru Zhang. He earned his M.S. in Software Engineering from Kunming University of Science and Technology in Kunming, China. His research interests include algorithms and data structures, combinatorial optimization, operations research, and theoretical computer science. In addition, he has over five years of industry experience as a software engineer, with expertise in requirements analysis, system design, application development, maintenance, and system programming, working on projects ranging from web applications to backend services.
